- Items can be returned for an online Credit Note.
- We do not issue Refunds for return orders. Instead we can offer a Credit Note.
- Items must be returned within 30 days from receiving the order.
- We do not accept returns on Sale items. These are items in the Sale category, not items marked down from discount codes or on flash sales.
- Due to the fast turnover of stock, we do not offer exchanges. If you require a replacement size, colour or alternative item/s, you will need to place a new order with your credit note.
- Items must be received in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached. Items must be free from stains and scents e.g. makeup, fake tan, perfume. Please take care when trying on to not damage or stain the item/s as if your return does not meet the above criteria it will be sent back to you.
- For hygiene reasons cosmetics, earrings and undergarments cannot be returned.
- All swimwear returns must have their hygiene seal intact.
- All orders with items marked as Sale are final and cannot be exchanged or returned (this does not include discount codes).
Damaged or Faulty Items
- All items shipped from Peaches & Cream Label are carefully checked for any faults before dispatch.
- If you are to find a major fault in a product we have shipped to you, please let us know within 48 hours of receiving you order. Email us at email@example.com with a description and digital images of the fault.
- We will gladly replace your item where available. If we cannot replace the style, we will offer a credit note or refund.
- Peaches & Cream Label does not accept returns for damage caused by general wear and tear. All faulty returns will be assessed on an individual basis and Peaches & Cream Label reserves the right to determine genuine faults in the product. All faulty items must be returned unworn with tags attached.
How To Return:
- The cost of return shipping is at the customer's expense - we will not refund or add credit for the cost of return postage.
- We do not accept any parcels that require payment on pick-up, and these will be refused. Please ensure shipping is fully paid for in advance or contact us if assistance is needed.
- Make sure to include a printed copy of the Returns Form. Place the items you're returning into the parcel and seal it up securely!
- Take the parcel to your local post office or courier service of your choice and send it to our address (see below). We recommend using a tracked service for added security.
- Once you‘re return has been delivered and processed through our returns department, we will issue your chosen return option.
- Credit notes can be used to make a future purchase and are valid for 24 months from date of issue.
- Your credit will be emailed to you once your return has been processed.
- Credit notes cannot be refunded.
- Returns using Afterpay remain subject to our regular returns policy.
- Should you wish to return your items, and your items are deemed faulty by our team, you are eligible for a refund via Afterpay and we can cancel the payment plan.
- Items that are returned for change of mind or sizing are eligible for a store credit only which will be emailed to you.
- We do regular pickups per week from our PO Box, and once your parcel has been delivered it should be processed within 1-2 business days.
- Our items are photographed and professional lighting is used, so item colour may vary slightly though we aim to keep it as accurate as possible. Please refer to the product description and close up shot. Colour may also look slightly different based on your display screen.
- Our accessories and jewellery are not plated unless stated otherwise. This means they may tarnish if exposed to water, perfume etc.
